30-day money-back guarantee
Basuni German Language Courses offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any course, plan or session bundle bought through this site.
How to request a refund
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- email us at hallo@german.basuni.com with your name and order reference and we will arrange it for you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds on our behalf. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.
Subscriptions
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, that payment is refundable in full under the guarantee above.
